Every child starts somewhere. Whether they’re building confidence through movement, training to become faster, or arwe working to become more confidence and capable, Mighty Indeed helps them grow stronger from the inside out.

Mighty Indeed teaches functional movement patterns through bodyweight, bootcamp-style workouts that help kids build real-life strength, coordination, and confidence.

What We Teach

Bodyweight and bootcamp-style strength training built around foundational movements for sports, health, and real life.

Building stronger movement from the center outward while supporting posture, control, and resilience.

Coordination

Helping kids improve body awareness, movement control, and confidence through drills that support smoother, safer movement.

Developing quickness, power, reaction time, and athletic performance through purposeful challenges.

Teen’s Program

Train Today. Build for tomorrow

A progressive-training based fitness program for teens 11-17 focused on movement patterns, speed, agility, and confidence. Using movement patterns helps to create fundamental coordination in those not accustomed to fitness, while also challenging seasoned athletes. We train to build leaders and create a community that pushes each other to be better

Each session has an athletic game for a warmup and a finisher to keep workouts challenging but also engaging and fun

Kids ages 11-17

Need To Know

Each program runs by a 4-week training cycle that begins the first Tuesday of each month from Sept-April. During the months of May-August Mighty Indeed runs seasonal Pop-up workouts (about 3-4 each month) Check out that schedule here

When do programs run?


Only if you want it to be. Programs run by 4-week periods for families who need flexibility. You can join for one month, come for drop ins ($15) or run it like a semester and sign up for multiple training cycles (discounts apply)

Indeed I am! I have liabilty insurance and am CPR, first-aid and AED certified. Upon sign-up each participant is also required to sign a waiver
