    Each workout with be primarily bodyweight (meaning the only equipment we’ll need is our own bodies)! or with minimal equipment (cones, hurdles, light weights, light kettlebells, ladders, etc…) which I will supply and have set up beforehand

    Bootcamp-style workouts focused on Functional Training (real-life movemnets). We work on movements patterns (hinge, squat, running mechanics) while also keeping sessions high-energy.
