About me

Hey, I’m Kylie

For the past 8 years I’ve worked across youth coaching, personal training, behavioral movement, adaptive sports, and group fitness.

Mighty Indeed was built because of one belief: movement is about more than buildnig strong bodies; it’s about building confidence, resilience, and self-belief.

This isn’t about being perfect, it’s not punishment, and it’s never about comparison.

This is about helping young kids discover what they’re capable of while having fun…one challenge, one victory, one high-five, and one belief at a time.

  • Little's Program (5-10)

    30minute sessions focused on fun-first fitness for coordination, confidence, and foundational movement.

  • Teen Programs (10-17)

    60-minute workotus focused on strength, athletic development, and overall functional movement patterns
